Terms of Service

Effective Date: [Month Day, Year] Last Updated: [Month Day, Year]

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of [roadhog.com] and its content (the “Site”), operated by RADX (“RADX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About the Site and Our Services

The Site is an informational and marketing resource describing RADX’s services for machine shops and industrial manufacturers. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a binding agreement, and the content here does not create a client relationship.

Any actual engagement — including the specific services, deliverables, fees, timelines, and terms — is governed by a separate written agreement signed by RADX and the client. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, case studies, page structure, code, and design — are owned by RADX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the Site for your own informational purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site’s content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission. The RADX name and logo may not be used without authorization.

Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation or security;
  • Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site except as permitted by our published rules for automated access; or
  • Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity through our forms.

Submissions

If you submit information through a form or send us a message, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may use submissions to respond to you and to evaluate a potential engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, and services. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is subject to its own terms.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete or current.

Case studies, performance figures, and results described on the Site reflect specific past engagements under specific conditions. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee or prediction of the results any particular client will achieve.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RADX and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising from a paid engagement is addressed separately in the applicable engagement agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADX and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Texas], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County, Texas], and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
